Hawk Builders is a London building contractor. How we run a job comes down to two things: price it in enough detail that nobody is guessing, and keep one person accountable for it from start to finish.
Too many building projects turn into a guessing game — unclear who is in charge, unclear what is included, unclear when it will actually finish.
Hawk Builders runs differently. A written, itemised quote before anything is agreed. One point of contact from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. Trades scheduled properly so the job does not stall halfway through.
Whether it is a full rear extension or a single structural beam, the same process applies: nothing starts until you have seen the price, and nothing gets left half-explained.

Quality
The parts you cannot see decide how long the work lasts — drainage, insulation, damp-proofing and the electrics behind the walls. They get the same attention as the finish.
A quote you can compare
Most building quotes are one number with a paragraph under it, which makes comparing two builders impossible. Ours is broken down by stage and trade and states the assumptions the price rests on. If another quote is cheaper, you will see exactly where.
Who supplies what, in writing
The commonest dispute on a domestic build is the grey area over who was buying the tiles, the sanitaryware, the doors. Every quote lists items individually with a name against each — down to the adhesive, grout and trims.
Communication
Lovely takes the first call, prices the job and stays the point of contact through the build and handover. No call centre, no rotating manager, no repeating yourself.
Project management
Materials and trades booked in the right order, so the plasterer is not standing in a room the electrician has not finished. It is the least glamorous part of contracting and the main reason projects run late.
